There is something about cruising that is entirely irresistible. After getting a Caribbean Cruise as a honeymoon gift a few years back, I was able to see for myself just how marvelous a cruise could be – the sun, the sea, the onboard fun, the shore excursions. And I think I am ready for the next one.
Since I was already booked to take the Caribbean Cruise from Celebrity Cruise Lines then, I was not able to choose my own stateroom or travel routes for myself. Nonetheless, it was a good, satisfying voyage that left me breathless for a week, even after I came back home.
Celebrity Cruise Lines was a great host to our honeymoon travel and the Caribbean was just perfect. I could still remember the various specialty restaurants onboard, the dazzling night shows, the shopping, the art auctions and galleries for everyone, and of course, the lounges and clubs for some real partying.
After the great cruise a few years back, I swore I would do another cruise with Celebrity Cruise Lines and indeed, I plan to do so, now with my growing family.
I was able to visit their website lately and I can see a lot of events and activities for their treasured passengers, and some more have been added, along with the continuous improvement of their facilities, ships and services. With the kids around now, I believe I will be able to finally treat them to a great ocean adventure while onboard with their favorite games, arcades and crafts at the Fun Factory. We did have a hard time deciding where to take them and after some deliberate discussions, as well as some little travel research, we decided to take the Bahamas Cruise, which features a good itinerary to the best cruise spots around that area. We took the 2 Nights Bahamas Cruise on board Celebrity Century which tour along the ports of Miami, Florida and Nassau, Bahamas. The suites are very affordable at 399.00 USD per person, so it really is a great deal for a short family vacation.
After a great time a few years back, I knew I was going to bring my whole family to a cruise one day. A cruise is sweeter the second time around.
